Order preparation

Orders are prepared within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. This preparation period does not include transit time.

Shipping time

Transit time depends on the destination and delivery service selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.

Shipping charges and availability

Available delivery options and applicable charges are shown at checkout for the delivery address entered by the customer.

Qatar orders have free-shipping eligibility according to the configured delivery option. International shipping is currently available to selected countries at a rate of 69 QAR.

We currently ship only to the destinations available at checkout. Countries outside the available shipping zones may not be eligible for delivery.

Order tracking

When the order is shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Customers can use the tracking details included in the shipping confirmation.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for entering an accurate delivery address and contact number. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays, failed delivery, or additional charges.

Shipping delays

Delays may occur because of the shipping provider, public holidays, customs procedures, weather, operational circumstances, or other events outside ELEZEOR's control.
